Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We plan to ship within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently plan to ship internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Timing

Orders are planned to process within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is expected within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Timing is estimated and may vary.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is planned at $5.99 for orders below $49. Orders of $49 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Returns

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Opened food products cannot be returned. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please include the order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
